Zumba In The Park

Work up a sweat and enjoy some fresh air with our day program as we do “Zumba In The Park!”  It all starts at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 27 at Red Bank Soccer Field in Lexington.  Get your body moving and make some new friends as our instructor guides us through some fun Zumba exercises!  It is free to join in, and we’ll provide drinks and snacks!  Just wear comfortable shoes and clothes and bring a willingness to have a good time!
