Ray E. Gentry, Esq., Chairperson
Ray Gentry is an attorney who has been a United Cerebral Palsy Association volunteer for the past 25 years, serving in various leadership roles with the organization. He was instrumental in implementing the establishment of United Cerebral Palsy in South Carolina.
Ouida Spencer, Vice Chairperson
Ouida Spencer has been a UCP volunteer for over 25 years, and is an expert in dealing with housing issues related to people with developmental disabilities.
Julia M. Brown
Julia Brown has been Executive Director of Very Special Arts (VSA) South Carolina, a statewide organization on Arts & Disability since 2007. She has over 25 years experience in arts administration, recreation, and programming for people with disabilities. Ms. Brown has served on the UCP Board of Trustees for the past five years.
Anthony P. Giunta, Ph.D.
Dr. Giunta has over 30 years experience as a science educator and physical scientist, with expertise in the design and construction of electronic devices for individuals with cerebral palsy, autism, and ADHD. He has recently retired from his position as Associate Dean with ITT Technical Institute, and will concentrate much of his time on religious mission work and his professional counseling practice.
Robert F. Powell
Robert "Skeeter" Powell is a retired businessman and community activist who works with and advocates on behalf of adolescents and young adults with disabilities.
